After 2 realtors & no luck selling our home we were contacted via phone by Maria Hoffman who politely informed us that our current listing had expired. Our house had been for sale for over 5 months and it seemed like nothing was going to happen. My son talked my wife and I into signing with John and Maria Hoffman. To our surprise our house sold within a week after signing. I believe their professionalism and knowledge of the real estate business was a big asset in us getting a sale so quick.
