We could not have been any happier with our experience. Tania was such a God send to us. We were not familiar with the Tampa area. She helped us from the beginning by guiding us on what areas were best for us right thru the end with helping us line up contractors for the remodel. She always was available to answer our questions. Couldn't have asked for a better team. Found the homes that fitted our criteria. We put a contract on the 3rd home we visited and it was accepted fast. Bright, responsive and knowledgeable! Working with John and Maria was a terrific experience. My task was to sell my parents remotely from Colorado. Maria had qualified and reasonable contractors at the ready to spruce up my parents home in order to get top dollar. The home was sold quickly and we set a record high comp in the neighborhood!
