Very Helpful and informative in her field. Apathetic. Easy to communicate with and will guide you through the home buying process. My fiancé and I jumped in when we purchased our first home and had very little knowledge of what we were getting into. Felt overwhelming, but Debbie was calm and patient throughout the whole process of our first Home purchase. Yay!

We used a member of their team, Tania Borelli, to assist us in finding a perfect vacation home. They provided excellent service from the search, to previewing homes when we could not be there in person.

The Hoffman's are a great team to work with. They took care of everything. Setting the price with a good research of compatibles in the area, created the listing and the marketing. Also coordinated the open house, showings, offers, counter, closing, etc. Their team was always ready to tackle any issue that came across, which were not many. Also with them you get an entire team of dedicated professionals which made our home selling experience less stressful. Tania Borelli was fabulous during the entire process. I would highly recommend her! She helped us find the perfect house and we couldn't be happier. It was obvious upon meeting with Maria that she and John had already done the research necessary to help me with marketing decisions for my home. The home sold in one day. Maria and John along with a terrific office staff kept me up to date throughout the sale and closure.
