The tech that was supposed to be assisting me left without telling me anything or that someone else would assist me further. No one was aware my vehicle was ready for delivery until I asked and then they couldn't find the keys or report. I have to admit, I am glad to see more people there but highly disappointed I had the most inexperienced person helping me out.

I brought in my work vehicle because it was bought there and i had received service there before. This time out service contract had expired and I had a problem getting an okay from the person in charge because of the 3 day holiday. Robert was really patient and always professional when he was assisting me. He was the best!
