Fairly typical long wait for work done. No cups for the coffee maker or water dispenser.
Samantha was amazing. She was so attentive and tried hard to get the warranty department to cover all of the issues with my new car. The process is exhausting and unnecessary. Although not all items were able to get corrected, I know that she did the best she could, given Nissan’s policies. Samantha is professional, friendly, and very responsive. She is the best service center employee I have worked with.
I received great customer service from Leo and the team. My experience was what I expect from a dealership and will now be servicing all of my Nissans at this location.
