My wife and I searched everywhere for an Expedition Max. They had the best price anywhere on theirs. We drove 5 hours to pick it up. Something came up with our sitter and we ended up having to bring our 1yo with us. We were running late of course but that didn’t stop the team at Grapevine Nissan from giving us an incredible experience! He was personable, kind, and had amazing costumer service. My service was done in an hour and half despite him being one of the only service workers there due to being short staffed.

My issue is when my vehicle was brought back to me the tire was low. I paid over $2500 and adding some air to the tires in a cold winter day should be a nobrainer
