I took our new Nissan Kicks in for its 6 month/5,000 miles service. The Service Tech, Janice Davis, and Service Person, Gilberto Mendez, did an awesome job checking for and addressing a couple of recall items. They also helped me out with an accessory that I bought but didn’t know how to install. I appreciate this particular dealership and their service department for not trying to upsell me or tack on additional costly items. We have three Nissan vehicles, so we really appreciate a great dealership and service department.

Janice was extremely helpful throughout the process. The customer waiting area was nice. I am leaving off 1 star because I had to have my car taken care of at home after the service did not properly install the oil filter. However, when k called to let them know, they took care of me quickly and sent somebody to my house to remedy the issue. Overall, great customer service, but hoping the service men pay a bit more care to detail next time.
