It was a long wait. A coke machine and vending machine in waiting area would be nice. Otherwise, service was ftiendly and got the recalls done so I don’t have to go back.

Folks sitting in the windowed office need to come out to meet customers. Waiting to talk to your officer while you have an appointment is an interesting experience.
