Dealer is always busy, but not enough space to in their waiting area. Waiting area is super small. Was told 1.5-2 hrs with an appointment, but took 3 hrs for an oil change.

Straight to the point, very understandable very nice he showed me pictures of my parts that needed repair with estimate depending on what I repaired that day and he is a very considerate person. Raymond even offered to pick me up when he knew I didn't have a way to return to Nissan to pick up my car however, Raymond worked it all out and in about an hour I received my car in due time.

I was in the week before for an oil change then there was a leak and it was taken care of I was in and out within 30 minutes
