Nissan - Grapevine Service Department has consistently provided excellent customer service and maintenance upkeep on my 2014 Murano over the past 10 years. Every time I leave it feels like I am driving my car as new again. Friendly, professional and technical customer service folks, this time was Samantha and her team. So far consistently for 10 years.

Oil change service was very good. Car wash was ok, but a bit slow from lots of activity.

Very neat and clean. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Showed me the car I was interested in and didn't try to lead me in another direction.
