Service advisors are very friendly and knowledgeable. Facility is pretty clean. I have yet to see popcorn out as advertised. Overall, I’m satisfied with the services performed

They are very professional. I only waited less than 5 minutes upon arrival. Ray informed I will need to come back to have a leak fixed.

I have found the service at Texas Nissan to be prompt and efficient. They are very good at describing what they will do and always check with me if they need to do something more. They’re very good at explaining the situation. I’ve also found them to be excellent at communicating when my car will be ready and informing me when it is in fact ready.

Plus: People (Shawn & Leo) very pleasant & efficient. +++++ Like the service advisors a lot - make you feel special. . Quite nice! Minus: Waiting room typical (dated) and not enough seats. Nothing special. If you’re used to service waiting area and amenities at Sewell - you’ll miss it. Go look at service areas at Sewell BMW in Grapevine for the gold standard.
