Great apartments The staff is very friendly and the maintenance team is very responsive. The apartments overall are very nice although, they can be slightly noisy. Depending on where you are in the complex parking can be tricky at times. Overall I’m very happy with my stay and will continue to reside here!
So Far So Good We have found this to be a very quiet complex and neighbors seem friendly. Maintenance very quick to respond to maintenance requests. My two negatives would be that people NEED to pick up after their dogs and be responsible. Also, I notice that patios need to be tidied up by residents. But I know this falls on management. We are enjoying the space we have and making it our home.
A Honest Review I will first start off by addressing the "thin walls" comments you have read in the other reviews. I would have to agree with those comments for the walls are actually really thin. I am on the second floor & I can hear my neighbors above me walking, talking sometimes & also hear their tv's. Does this bother me? Honestly no it doesn't. So if this does bother you, I highly recommend you do not look into this apartment complex. I will mention if you get a complex towards the back, you will be hearing the trains ... read more
AMAZING I’ve lived at The Meadows since September 5th 2020 and my daughter and I absolutely love it here. It’s the perfect location, it’s quiet and maintenance is always super fast whenever I submit a service request and staff are always professional and courteous. We’ve enjoyed calling The Meadows home.
You win some, you lose some. This was the first time I rented my very own apartment! What I love about this complex is the view and some of the neighbors. Their representatives here at Woodbridge - Brandywine make the process easy to apply for their apartments or townhouses. Since I’ve signed my lease, maintenance has always arrived pretty quickly after submitting a request. Very Professional We lived at Waterford for a year and had no complaints. The management and staff were very professional. The grounds and amenities are kept spotless. When we looked at the unit we were going to rent it smelled badly from the dogs which the previous tenants owned. We told the leasing agent my wife had bad allergies and we were very concerned. First Aparment I have to say my whole experience living here has been wonderful. This was my first apartment and I couldn't have picked a better community. The ONLY reason I am leaving is because I need to move closer to work. Again, such a great place to live!

Great Place! This is really quiet Conveniently places complex that’s right next to Lynnhaven mall and about 2 minutes from Walmart. Apartments are in good condition we had no problems with move in and They’re really good about towing Vehicles that have expired Plates or are in a spot that there not assigned too. I would say the only Con to living here is there is a lot of air traffic from the military and the Jets can getting kind of annoying when they fly around. I would recommend living here. Apartment living We have lived here over 18 years and never had any problems with noise except one neighbor. The play ground is nice for children to play the pool is always clean Tennis court is nice.never a problem parking.They have a great pavilion lighted at night \2 grills to use.They clean up grounds daily.in winter sidewalks\parking. are salted and cleared off . staff is great .The girls in office are very nice and willing to work with you on almost anything.it is close to shopping centers,New car wash , 95 route 3 and... read more
