I would like to let everyone know how wonderful the maintenance group is for the apartment buildings. Everyone is extremely helpful, courteous and respectful. We love working with Scott!! Scott is such a wonderful man; he is patient with all my questions, I do have a lot of questions! We moved back to PA on June 26,2021 to be closer to family but I can’t say enough about Legends. I would give 10 stars if I could. We lived there 5 years. We were greeted with a smile from the first call to Cindy back in 2013. We had issues over the years, not little ones either, but I can honestly say, Cindy (at that time), Lino and Christina went out of their way to make sure issues were handled IMMEDIATELY or at least kept in touch with updates. I just moved to these apartments and I am delighted, I speak only Spanish and I had to do all the paperwork by Email and I contacted Ms. Tili Finley, very kind she helped me with the whole process.. Something had to be fixed in the bathroom and the next day it was ready. I love the vibe it feels for me and my kids.
The maintenance man comes pretty quickly after putting in a request. Very friendly & helpful.
