Loved living here! I meant to write a review about this place a long time ago. I absolutely loved living here. The apartment was amazing and the leasing office staff were truly the best! I think the only issue we ever had was sometimes parking was a pain but I feel like that’s an issue most apartments have. The only reason we left is because we made the decision to leave the area but if we hadn’t I would still be living here now! Hands down best place I’ve ever lived.
Amazing experience so far We have been here about 3 weeks, we live in apartment 2A and so far they have been amazing, tanya the office manager is very helpful and patient. And tyrone the maintenance guy is the bomb, short story, when we moved in we notice our air wasn't coming out like it should be, we didn't think anything about it. However recently it has been hot, so when we would have our air on set temperature it would keep raising above that, we had set to 67 and the temp got to 75 but the air would never get cool enou... read more
Decent place I moved out a couple of months ago and I would say it is no more than average. I had continuous problems with bugs almost the entire year and the floors are so creaky it sounds like there's elephants stomping around above you. There were bleach stains on my carpet and the oven didn't work half the time. Laundry prices were pretty high ($2 to wash, $1.75 to dry) and the dryers never got my clothes dry no matter how little I put in. Excellent Service!!! The apartment is very well taken care of and move-in was simple! The staff is always there to help and friendly! They are also pet-friendly which makes gives it a plus!!!
Huge Apt For What You Pay I relocated to Harrisburg to accept a job promotion with my current Agency in November 2017 and considered a lot of properties before deciding to move here. The people in the rental office are friendly and helpful. Notices are received in a timely manner (if they have to enter your apartment for any reason) and if anything changes they will actually call you to let you know. If you're a good tenant this place is great! I have lived in a variety of units here at Waterford for going on 3 years now and am about to move into a Townhouse. The girls that work in the office are lovely and we always have a great experience when we have to go in. Maintenance has always been prompt the very few times we've needed them. And if you take care of your apartment (regular cleaning) and properly clean when you move out you will have no issues getting your deposit back.
Great neighborhood! We just moved in less than a month ago and we love it! Our unit is has been recently renovated as they have been updating the complex and it is modern and beautiful. The neighborhood is very quiet and our neighbors have been so friendly. We live on the 2nd floor and our balcony is backed up to the woods giving us so much privacy. Love this place! *I have been living here for almost a year. I will DEFINITELY be renewing my lease and here is why: The staff is amazing. Right off the bat we felt welcomed and everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. They hold packages in the office, give out parking passes and always answer our emails and calls. The review that says there are bugs, do not be fooled. They have exterminator services that can come by every other week to spray. Decent and quiet I’ve lived in these apartments for 5 years. For the age of the apartments they are a little pricey. But they are well maintained and clean. Electric is not inflated. My bills ran from 30 to 60$ in warmer months and 80-120$ in the colder months. It is pet friendly. Bathroom and kitchen are a little small. Bedrooms are very good size.
