DO NOT RENT HERE THESE PEOPLE WILL NICKLE AND DIME YOU FOR EVERYTHING HAVE. So many hidden fees, the property management company is sleezy and dishonest. They tried charging me $267 for not giving them a 60 days notice that I was moving out when my lease expires. The minute they call me to explain the situation, I immediately filed all the necessary "paperwork" and they still charged me $267
Did not enjoy my stay My husband and I needed a place to stay while he attended school part time. We lived in Spring Meadow for 10 months. There are multiple things that were red flags when we moved in. First of all we didn’t get to see any apartments before moving in since we moved from NC. The day we moved in I thought the entire apartment smelled horrible of animal urine but we were already moving in so there was nothing we could do about it then. Horrible. Totally unprofessional people and waste of money. This property management is very poor. If you ask them something, they will humiliate you immediately. Looks like they have hired some 2nd grader for their office. They have increased the price $300+ for every apartment without any renovations. Total crap.
Terrible office personnel, always looking for ways to grab money. Very bad behavior from the office personnel, totally horrible, specifically Tyla. They always look for ways to charge you. Don't apply unless you desparately want a bad experience.
The absolutely worse place ever. Beware!! The rent increases with every renewal every year. The property manager is extremely rude and very unprofessional. If you express to her that you don't like her rudeness, she will become petty and not renew your lease although your rent has paid simply because she can. The place is roach infested as well. I am just happy they couldn't find an excuse to keep my deposit after I left.
Awful This place is a joke - the rent is high and gets even worse when time to renew -The leasing office will give you a bad review to other rental companies if you were ever a little late on your payments - This place is so loud the walls are like paper I give one star
Conniving Everything was fine while living there, but when it came to moving out, it was terrible. They admitting to being at fault for why my move out notice was too soon but charged me an insufficient notice fee anyway, even though I was told I wouldn’t be charged. They also then kept changing their story as to what the fee was about. Not Worth the Price The Meadows apartment complex is not worth the money that they are charging. Appliances are outdated. It takes a very long time to get maintenance to repair anything. The rental office personnel is not very friendly or attentive either. The apartment we had was full of mold and mildew. Although we complained about it nothing was done. Don't waste your time with these overpriced apartments. Save your money and Buy a House instead!!
Unprofessional staff and shady business practices I was required to pay $400 JUST to apply for an apartment, which is inappropriate business practice. Most places in York only require a $40 application fee. I was informed that if I decided not to take the apartment that I would receive the $400 back via check. After I told them I didn't want the apartment, they went back on their word and said I will not be getting the $400 back. When I tried to discuss it with them they were unfriendly and discourteous.
