The Bath Authority installer, Kenny, exceeded my expectations. I purchased 2 shower replacements, the installation completed week of Dec 19th, not the best timing due to the holiday but Kenny was efficient, professional and neat. We love both our new showers, stylish and easy maintenance.

We ordered panels gray on one side and white on the other and etched to look like tile with white grout and paid $950 extra. Panels were etched but both sides of the panels were gray. As a result we have panels etched like tiles but you cannot tell because both sides are gray. Extremely disappointed.
