I had a product that was purchased from Eastwood never opened from their corporate packaging from the day it was shipped. Because it sat on a shelf never opened until I broke the company sealed box in Oct of 2019 which was after their warranty date passed. I was able to show when it was purchased direct from Eastwood and it has less than 1/2 hour time since opening the Eastwood sealed box in 2019. It blew up and won’t launch the pilot arc. honor their products and customers not say TOO BAD to a $749 purchase
I ordered a 30 inch shear. Bender, roller combo back on 1/16 . Waiting for a delivery,need to back to small panels to get a project of to paint. After calling several times being put on hold. Bearing told I would get a email or a call with tracking number. Finally the supervisor tells me it hasn’t left the wear house yet and it probably ends a few more days. Summit would have had it here in 3 days. Pissed off and awful service. Tim Quillen
I placed an order which was backordered for months, I emailed to cancel and was immediately charged to my card and when I called I was told too late to cancel order. meanwhile no responses to my emails. I will call AMEX to complain
Haven't received the powder coating gun I ordered, but it was advertised to be here by Christmas and that is not the case. They took a week to ship it after I ordered it and gave the excuse they had too high of sales to get it shipped on time. So if you want lousy customer service and excuses then I definitely recommend this company.
Placed an order a week ago. No communication from them, still not shipped. Canceled order tonight. Had to speak to a supervisor because they said once the order was placed that it could not be canceled. Poor customer service.
Website is painfully slow and the ordering process gets stuck in a loop, making it impossible to order anything.
I wont be using this company again. Had a damaged gallon of primer shipped to me and at the time they made it right and sent me a new one. Almost 3 weeks ago I order more product and had not received it so I called to find out why and they tell me my account is on hold. After a dozen phone calls later they tell me there was a mistake on their end from when they replaced the damaged can of primer but still want me to pay for the replacement even after admitting the hold on my account is their fault not mine.
