Just wanted to update everyone to let you know that the Edge Fitness is still charging my credit card even though I cancelled with them. They threaten that if argue the payments to my credit card company, they will pursue payment through collections. I satisfied my one year contract with them in September of 2015. Someone from Edge reached out to me as soon as I pursued social media, but clearly they have done nothing. Civil action is my next step. I would avoid this gym at all costs!!!!!!

I had a bad experience with the staff from the front desk. They're really nice to you at first just to make a sale but after they've got you into a contract you're nothing to them. I've been overcharged multiple times, a lot of the machines aren't working, and just bad customer service. Rude people.

Terrible parking situation, overcrowded, and far too bright and loud. The atmosphere is really stuffy and it's mostly a bunch of young gym rats who work out and watch each other. One more month and I'm back to Planet Fitness. Do yourself a favor, don't sign a gym contract that locks you in!

The gym and facility is spectacular. I will stand by that. HOWEVER, I'm giving this two stars for one reason. The evening staff is very unprofessional, unknowledgeable and pushy with the sale. It's clear they're all reading from the same script--- please talk to me like a human being, train your staff better, and managers, take care of your club members BEFORE making yourself a shake. your csr are a joke the females I mean attitude at all times, guys so much nicer. brunette with the black eyeliner the worst. and the cleaner is too strong it made me have allergies every time. great looking gym, awesome facility, the posers ur rude csr girls and ur cleaner make me pay a second gym membership

They decide when to close without warning on holidays. It is another day. It is a job and business that is paid for monthly. The hours should not vary based on personal agendas of the staff for that day. I wasted 30 minutes drive time to find out by a hand written sign on the door saying they closed for the day early and enjoy it. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.
This gym makes me miss Planet Fitness across the street. This gym is much nicer with updated equipment and a nice cardio theater, women's only section and cardio deck. That's worth the two stars. The gym is constantly chaotic with too bright lights, way too much noise, too loud music and a crowd that looks and acts like they came out of a nightclub and into the gym. The staff is very unprofessional, I never got my free workout with the trainer. I have medical issues but was never asked if I could do anything except the one workout to see on much I could tolerate. So I go and work out myself trying to find what works for me so if I get hurt whose fault is that!! There is staff everywhere just talking to each other what a waste, my money goes to them to stand around and do nothing.
