Gym was GREAT BUT.......... Moving and Canceling the membership is a costly experience resulting in over 80$ in extra charges. Do NOT believe a word ABC financial says to you. Document everything like you are going into a trial or they will screw you. I haven't lived near the gym in 6 months and finally stopped getting charged after canceling like three times and getting a different story every time. I agree with another yelper who said this place should be given 0 stars. I had signed up for a free trial week, and at the end of the week I was on the fence as to whether or not I should leave my current gym. My main concern with this establishment was how overcrowded it is, even during "off peak" hours. Anyways, an associate reached out to me at the conclusion of my trail membership to schedule an appointment to go over my trail experience, so I obliged. First I would like to say that I did enjoy going to this gym, and the classes were great. The problem I have, and why I canceled my membership is the locker policy. I forgot my $100 spinning shoes in a locker with a lock, which I know is my mistake. However, I became sick and ultimately need surgery so I didn't go to the gym for about a week and my shoes were very far from my mind. Whoever is supposed to keep the cardio cinema schedule up to date has been slacking, today after almost a full week into April the online schedule was finally updated. The schedule outside the theater itself was also not updsted. Wish I could say this was the only time it happened but it was the same story in march and February. Would gladly give this gym a higher rating if they can keep up with this in a timely manner.

This gym is a complete joke. In a nutshell it consists of people on their phones taking videos and "selfies" of their so called "good form" which might be ONE of the reasons why no one could ever get a machine. Watched one kid spotting another kid benching, of course the spotter was trying to take a video and the poor kid actually dropped the weight on himself. Staff is rude, never feels the need to say hi or bye when entering or leaving the facility.

The front desk girls and I mean girls not women are not helpful and down right rude...down to their eye rolling when you ask for help. The gym is too crowded, not that anyone can help that, it's frustrating to get a good workout in. The parking is awful, the bathrooms are usually disgusting...BUT other then a few of the front desk staff, the other staff are friendly and helpful and the facility has great equipment.

Wish I could give this gym zero stars. I signed up when the gym first opened.... I thought it was a great deal at the time. I can't stand the atmosphere and the classes are HORRIBLE! Also one of the tanning beds is almost always broken- don't bother signing up either because they don't even use the list and people cut the line anyways.... And the two girls at the front desk don't do a thing when that happens. This place was awesome in the beginning but now it's over crowded, you have to fight for machines and there is no room to work out. You can't get a parking spot between 5-8 so expect to see several cars parked in the middle of the road blocking traffic and causing road rage. If you get here when it's slow which is rare it can be a pretty good workout, but anybody with a 40 hour 9-5 schedule shouldn't even bother.

DO NOT SIGN UP HERE UNLESS YOU ARE 18. I signed up for a platinum membership and was told I would get all of these great offers, BUT when I went to go use them, for example tanning, it turns out you have to be 18. there are a lot of things you can't do here unless you are 18 which I should have been told upon signing up.
