No hex or trap bar and there was one but the staff didn't want me to use because I gotta pay more money or sign up to some class to use it.

A bad review doesn't need to be a downer. I'm actually happy to not go to this gym even though I pay for a membership that I asked to be cancelled 7 months ago. Chin up, at least I don't have to smell their bathrooms. I'm willing to pay $26 a month to avoid that smell.

This place has terrible policies. I signed up only about a month ago and I can't get there much because of my busy schedule and watching my kids. I tried to take my talk and athletic 12-year-old daughter with me today so I could show her how to work out and use the equipment. However, we were stopped at the door and informed that no one under 13 was allowed in. I joined this club at the beginning of March. A week later they closed due to Covid. So I wasn't even able to go into the club or call them to cancel my membership. When they reopened in July I went into the club and asked to cancel the membership because I A, was unable to cancel during my free look period and B, because I was uncomfortable going to a gym during a pandemic. You cannot cancel your membership. Ever. I've called the gym as well as their "billing agency", and I've followed all of their instructions. This is the response I got. I've been a member for over a year, and I'm only trying to cancel now due to new policies of the Edge that prevent me from working out there. They require bank account info to sign up so they just keep taking the money out of my account. DO NOT JOIN. The weights and equipment are fairly standard but the hidden fees are ENORMOUS. DO NOT JOIN unless you want to be completely ripped off and robbed blind. NOT worth it to join, no matter what.

Honestly. If I could give a negative review I would. The worst customer service ever. They've been charging me for months for training that I've never signed up for. I've repeatedly called them to take off my credit card and they still haven't. My credit card has been alerted to this activity and disputes it every time they charge me. This is absolutely ridiculous and they literally just try to steal your money. -100/10 recommend.

I was thinking about rejoining HOWEVER now I see the charge for using the woman's section. WHAT?!? LOL The main floor is always extremely over crowded and extremely loud. I only used the woman's area, as it wasn't as chaotic and loud. Definitely a deal breaker

There are many benefits to the platinum members that include but are not limited to: more classes, all locations, tanning and a complimentary personal training session. For the classes members are required to hand their pass to the instructor to be signed. we do our best to see that basic members are upgrading to access those classes.
