May I say, I hated my front door. It was faded, stained, and just looked worn out. Visited The Front Door Company and spoke with Thomas at their showroom. He answered all our questions regarding the types of doors available, the advantages and disadvantages of each, and all the options available for each door. So this review is long but I feel that the details are important here. I first started working with Francisco at the end of April and after much back and forth (which went well) I finally decided to proceed with my purchase of a door and frame, all of which came out to over $2500 (hardware not included since I wanted to save money by buying it on my own). Extremely happy! We had a great experience. We found exactly what we were looking for without any sales pressure to hurry and buy. The installation team was just as outstanding as the product specialists. The quality of the door makes our house look so much better.
We had to purchase 4 different types of exterior doors. Thomas was very helpful and explain the pros and cons of each type of door. Once we committed to purchasing they came out the same day and measured all the doorways. The install crew was amazing and fast, they finished the job in 1 day.
