Nice place, lots of things to do. Apartments are a little small but the layout works. Nice patio and good counter space in the kitchen.
Staff are kind and friendly, Lower price is on specific way they could improve.
[name removed] was so friendly and accommodating, as are the rest of the staff, especially [name removed]. I am not the one living in the apartment, but my friend is very happy there. I would recommend the community to others who are searching for one.
I like the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness and well taken care of facility. The lunch and dinner meals have a lot of variety and use fresh ingredients.
The Director is amazing and so thoughtful and helpful to the residents. I was hesitant to move my Dad 30 minutes away but reassurance she will keep an eye in him and the attention she gives her residents made me Feel better. They also have so many activities and outings. My brother is a resident at The Landing at Carmichael. My brother is happy with the living facilities as well with the meals. The price is reasonable. I highly recommended to other seniors to check this facility.
Great value for the money, food is great, very clean, room size good. Friendly staff. I definitely would recommend this place. To elaborate, over the last 6 years, I have lived places with 600 residents and private homes with 5 residents. This place has about 90 residents. I am not looking at the same faces every day, yet I am not lost in a crowd. Additionally, the rent here is about half of what I was paying before.
All staff are friendly and helpful. The meals are very good. Lots of fun activities to do.
I would rate everything a 5. Breakfast and lunch are covered in the cost. Dinner is additional. Single bedroom apartment has room for a queen bed. Studio apartments are quite small. Food is really good. No care is provided. It is independent living. Single bedroom apartments have a nice kitchen. Hope this helps.
