Great value for the money, food is great, very clean, room size good. Friendly staff. I definitely would recommend this place. To elaborate, over the last 6 years, I have lived places with 600 residents and private homes with 5 residents. This place has about 90 residents. I am not looking at the same faces every day, yet I am not lost in a crowd. Additionally, the rent here is about half of what I was paying before.
All staff are friendly and helpful. The meals are very good. Lots of fun activities to do.
I would rate everything a 5. Breakfast and lunch are covered in the cost. Dinner is additional. Single bedroom apartment has room for a queen bed. Studio apartments are quite small. Food is really good. No care is provided. It is independent living. Single bedroom apartments have a nice kitchen. Hope this helps.
I really enjoyed the landing. It was clean and the food was good. People were very pleasant. Staff was fun and friendly.
Everyone there is really nice and there are tons of activities Apartment sizes are good. The bathroom has plenty of space for a walker or wheelchair and the main room has enough room for a bed, dresser and recliner.
The new director at The Landing is doing good things to make a change for the environment and its tenants.
I love living here at The Landing. The management is great. All the people living here are friendly and happy. Although the rent is high for me, it’s worth the sacrifices for me to enjoy my life. Things are always kept clean and it smells very nice. The food is delicious. The staff is very helpful and sweet. I’m thankful I found a safe place to enjoy my life.
The people who were working there at the time were really good to my uncle. If they couldn't afford a better place I would recommend it to other families, it's a good place for the price point. [name removed] loved the place and felt fortunate to be there. When there was nothing available anywhere in Ca in his price point, the Landing saved the day. The price was right and the people were fantastic. I highly recommend the Landing at Carmichael the people who worked there truly cared about [name removed]
My dad was previously a resident at The Landing at Carmichael and everything was great. The staff was amazing. The housekeeping seemed great. The only complaint that my dad had was about the food, that there wasn't enough food. But that could just be him. I would highly recommend this facility to others.
