I am so Blessed to be here.. this place has changed my life for the better. I feel like the staff is very helpful. They do things for the people who live here that makes them feel happy. They go out of their way to have safe events like the luaua they had the other day. Six feet apart with music and great conversation and friendship. Everything I need they help me with. Again, very friendly informative mgr and staff. Was able to tour the whole facility and rooms with them. Good variety of room choices. Menu & activities looked inviting. Also provided me with written & verbal info on help I could receive as a veteran, much appreciated.

I Love The Landing at Carmichael! Super clean. Very safe. I enjoy the kind and fun residents. Extremely well managed! Super staff keep things running so well. The kitchen staff is remarkable and meals are delicious and very nutritious. Activities Director facilitates lots of fun events. This place is a wonderful gift in my life!!! [Name removed]

I like living at this community. They offer daily activities and a happy hour every Friday. The food is good and they keep the community clean. The staff helped me with my move in and they have been there to answer my questions. This community is a good value.

I have no complaints about my new home at this community. I really like the living conditions and the apartment I was able to rent out, Its just perfect for me. I enjoy the different meals the chef prepares for us throughout the week. They are healthy and well balanced with great proportions. I look forward to all of the great events they host especially the holiday parties with the other residents. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking into retirement.

I like the care here for my mom. The staff is very nice and caring. The community is clean and enjoyable. They have a good variety of meals that she seems to enjoy. They offer activities for those who want to participate. This is nice to know that she is in great care here. I would recommend this community for great care and value.

Lots of improvements, construction, etc. and more services here than I expected. The tour was by a Marketing person and leaned towards a "fast sale" although she was nice. The staff was OK...didn't get any "hellos" from workers in hallways. I felt rushed and that they are use to people making decisions that day. This would be my 2nd choice.

Let me explain my review of Sagebrook of Charmichael. I don't know about the care services, but I can review what my experience has been. I've been here for less than a month & in this time I've become right at home. The staff have always been very helpful when I asked for help, they try to get things done in a timely manner. I am on the one meal a day plan, the food is good but could be served a bit warmer. The serving size is great and can be adjusted to fit your needs.
