My wife and I enjoyed the cooking instructions provided by Chef Conor. It was a great hands-on experience. We chose the Sauce class which was Shrimp with Remoulade sauce, Scallops and roasted asparagus with Tasso Beurre sauce, and Pecan Praline Bread Pudding. What’s not to love about that meal. Wine (or beverage of your choice) was included. One of the best things we’ve done in New Orleans.

Mother’s Day present for my wife. She and her friend had a great time. She wants to go back for more classes. The Chef was knowledgeable in food and New Orleans history and made it a great experience.
