We had a great experience working with Logan. We spent four months finding the right house and another four months getting to closing due to construction delays. Throughout the process, Logan was patient, professional, and consistently responsive. He took the time to understand what we wanted, willingly showed us properties multiple times, and stayed in touch throughout the delays. His sense of humor was an added bonus during a lengthy process. We appreciated his dedication and would highly recommend him!

As far as I’m concerned, Logan Groves is THE BEST realtor in the Chattanooga Area. If you want someone who knows the ins and outs of the market, someone who will put you in contact with reputable plumbers, exterminators, inspectors (etc.), and someone who will go above and beyond to get your family their dream home do yourself a favor and call Logan. Logan is experienced, kind, determined, knowledgeable, and so much more!

Logan was very attentive and proficient. Always stayed ontop of task that needed attention and made sure to address any issues in a very timely manner. He connected me with a broker and between the two of them, little was left for me to have to worry about.

Logan was extremely easy to work with. As a seller with an off-market house, it would be easy for the transaction to feel one-sided, given lack of representation on our (seller) side. Logan made us feel comfortable, and worked with his buyers to make all parties feel accommodated. Honestly we did not expect as fair and balanced of an experience, and was truly surprised and grateful for the way Logan handled everything. Truly the smoothest real estate transaction we've ever had. You won't regret working with him.
