Logan was extremely easy to work with. As a seller with an off-market house, it would be easy for the transaction to feel one-sided, given lack of representation on our (seller) side. Logan made us feel comfortable, and worked with his buyers to make all parties feel accommodated. Honestly we did not expect as fair and balanced of an experience, and was truly surprised and grateful for the way Logan handled everything. Truly the smoothest real estate transaction we've ever had. You won't regret working with him.
