Logan was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He had our home under contract within a week of it being on the market. He is very responsive and willing to do whatever it takes for his clients...... such as offering to walk our dogs while the buyers of our home had their final walk through. Logan is trust worthy. While delivering bad news, he also throws in positively. He wants the best for his clients. We had some bumps along the road, but in the end we got our beautiful forever home. It was worth it in.

Logan is the best!! He knew all of the right questions to ask when purchasing a new build. He responded almost instantly with any questions we had and provided a lot of assurance! When negotiating, he is top tier. He got us seller credits that we were unsure were even possible to receive. He even recommended helpful contacts such as lenders, fence companies, and any other people we have needed to purchase our first home.
