Logan is a good dude. My wife and I moved from Texas to outside of Knoxville TN in August 2023, and obviously this is not an easy move, especially right now with rates at ~7% and home prices still pretty high. We didn't have a realtor in TN, we basically just contacted realtors listed on the properties we liked on Zillow.
