The response to anything was very fast. All the team was great but Jay was amazing-just back from a vacation, in meetings, while between locations,etc. Very proactive, we always felt that everyone was on board to get this done. Open houses, brochure, volume of people thru our home, zeroing in on the right profile that would like our house!!!! Y’all made recovery from a blow bearable and were encouraging. We are new to Chattanooga and not familiar with all the neighborhoods within the area. We found Zac via the internet; still not sure how we were so blessed to have him as our realtor. Thank you, Zac!
