Logan was recommended to me by a friend whose judgment I trust. He worked with my husband and me for several months during which time he helped us buy one residence and then sell another. We valued his analysis of the market and his counsel as to appropriate price ranges and negotiation. He was very supportive and calmed our inevitable jitters through all processes. He never once failed to return a text, phone call, or email; he put us in touch with needed resources; and he chased down the answer to every question we posed.

Jay and his team are a real group of professionals. Jay is well connected, knowledgable, straight forward,... and also a very nice person. He is easy to work with and very good at guiding his clients through a sale or purchase. I have done both with his team and both transactions were equally professional and productive for me. This last sale with Jay was my 20th property transaction. With a good basis of experience, I can assure you that relying on the Robinson team will be a rewarding experience.

Logan was very helpful throughout the whole process, having knowledge of the areas that I was interested in. I currently live in Illinois so not being able to be there Logan went out of his way to mark areas on this property for me. Responded quickly to answer questions I had along the way. This was our first move in 26 years and first ever outside of the local Atlanta area. David kept in contact with us without pressure while we worked on getting our former home ready for selling.
