Jay and his team were fantastic. He helped steer us away from some properties Which we were initially excited about, but clearly would’ve regretted purchasing in retrospect. His knowledge of the market is exceptional. And he really helped us get to a price. We were absolutely most satisfied with. Communication was excellent.
