Logan is a good dude. My wife and I moved from Texas to outside of Knoxville TN in August 2023, and obviously this is not an easy move, especially right now with rates at ~7% and home prices still pretty high. We didn't have a realtor in TN, we basically just contacted realtors listed on the properties we liked on Zillow. Logan did a great job. He was very quick to respond and got the listing up quickly. He did a great job communicating what was needed every step of the way and helped line up inspections/quotes quickly. We ended up getting an offer for full asking price within a week of listing. I would definitely recommend Logan for your housing needs.

Logan was definitely the MVP in our buying process. He was interpersonal, communicative and down right a friend. I was a first homebuyer and Logan talked us through everything and always was on our side to get the best deal for us. We are moving from another state and Logan was very useful to helping us get all the information needed when moving into another state. We will be a forever client of Logan’s!
