Jay was very thorough in providing us with information as to what would be a fair asking price for my parents home. He found the interested parties, and the house was bought in a short amount of time. His team was also very helpful in the closing process. Dad was pleased with the outcome, and my siblings and I are grateful that our childhood home will now bring joy to a new family.

We moved from the West coast to the East coast. Trying to get a house in our new location has been a challenge. However, Sarah made the process so easy . There were many times that Sarah unlocked the door for us and let the contractors in so they could provide estimates for renovating. She went above and beyond many things to ensure that we were taken care of. She is very responsive, efficient and knowledgeable about market trends. I am so glad that she is our realtor.
