Spectacular staff and Dr. Assabi A. Isaac - Oral Surgeon is the Best. I am 70 years old and needed to get three teeth pulled. I have Prostate Cancer and one of my monthly injections is Xgeva, a cellular bone replacement therapy. One side effect is it could leave a hole in your jaw if you get theeth removed. They understood my situation and were Great . I elected to use Nitrous Oxide and it helped. Dr. Assabi A. I was referred to doctor issac for oral surgery. now I'm a chicken when it comes to dentist , but I have to say she and her team were the most caring, compassionate team I have ever experienced. the office team in general are all so friendly too.very clean and run so smoothly.

Dr. Isaac is wonderful! I am a 'senior' and was in discomfort due to a fractured tooth. Dr. Isaac patiently reviewed my treatment options. Once I decided what to do (extraction) she skillfully removed the problem tooth. She described exactly what she was doing at every step, putting me at ease. After the procedure she explained my post-procedure care and made sure I had all the correct prescriptions before I left. I only go to the Brick location but I have been to TR as well. I genuinely love the staff from the front desk to the dental assistants & doctors. It's very clear that they care about your well being. They don't rush through appointments or push treatment plans; very communicative and kind. Clean office & treatment rooms.

Veteran community care with Encore dental was a little difficult with the Veterans Administration, but Daniel at Encore was great getting everything needed with the VA. She was wonderful to work with. Dr Isaac the oral surgeon and all her staff was excellent, great to deal with. John Van E

I don't understand why there are so many bad review ratings on Yelp for Encore Dental of Brick. This was my second visit and it turned out to be for a teeth cleaning and polishing. The hygienist told me to come back for a deep cleaning and the office administration at the front desk should set me up for a return visit which they did. Jess did a fine job cleaning my teeth. She gave suggestions for my brushing and next appointment. The desk processed my payment and made my next appointment fine. At the beginning, things pushed late because they were short a person. I was OK with the delay but communicate that at reception. Overall happy, long time customer and happy to continue.

The surgeon and assisting technicians did an amazing job on my tooth extractions. I had 4 extractions; I didn't know what to expect as far as procedure, and it went smoothly. Very satisfied.

I have had several dental cleanings there. Staff is always professional, and I have never had to wait too long to be seen. Hygienists are friendly, caring and thorough. Dentists are also. Waiting area and exam rooms clean and bright with flat screens on the wall!
