Dr Bill was awesome! Along with his assistants. He was super thorough making sure he got everything out for my root canal. The best I've had since the last root canal I've had that was somewhere else. Definitely recommend him and this office!

Really why all the bad reviews? They are a dentist office and sometimes dental work is painful. Don't take it out on the staff. I have been going there for years and they are all fantastic including all the dentist and oral surgeons. Thank you again Dr. Archer for all of your help and the great work you do for me

I had my first visit there today and my oral hygiene wasn't exactly up to par. Jacqueline was my hygienist and she was really patient with me and did a phenomenal job!!! The staff there was great!! Thanks Jacqueline and Dr.Scott
When I was told I needed an extraction done I couldn't have asked for a better, painless experience. Dr. Gangoli was fantastic, he explains everything thoroughly before starting and also during the procedure. It was pain free and you always felt cared for well. The staff is also very nice and the office is immaculate. If you need an oral surgeon look no further than Dr. Gangoli!
I had put off getting my entire mouth fixed because of bad dentists and an extremely sensitive mouth. I finally found a practice that cared about my mouth and my teeth as much if not more than I did. It took a few months of steady effort on Dr. Nick's part but it was well worth it. Today was my last appointment and I am thrilled with the outcome. All in all a good experience from the staff to the doctors!! Taylor at the front desk was so helpful and had great customer service. Especially during COVID she handled everything very professional and such a great attitude!!
Five stars for sure! I called today in the worst pain of my life due to wisdom teeth, and was fit in right away. I went in to have them look and was immediately sent downstairs to the surgeon. After about an hour I'm now down one wisdom tooth that was causing the main issue. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and accommodating. I called so many places and was just told no until Encore. Dr. Doran and his assistants have been amazing this past year. I have had major dental issues since I was a child. Long story short, a few years ago both of my 3 unit bridges started to basically crumble as well as a few other unexpected issues. Not only did Dr. Doran patiently explain and address each problem for me, after a year of being treated there, I have the most amazing smile and I have him and Dr. McDonald to thank for it! Excellent experience the staff is friendly and welcoming. Gabby was Dr. Testa's assistant for my visit, they are both extremely supportive and caring. I did have to go downstairs (so convenient) to the oral surgeon, they were great took care of me right away, Dr. Tom McDonald, made me feel very comfortable about having my tooth extracted.
