I love living here My husband and I have lived here for almost four years and we have loved it. Our meighbors are amazing and the staff and facilities are reliable. We are so thankful to live here.
Comfortable Place While the Timbers is not exactly the greatest value the world has ever seen, it has good staff, good neighbors and a good location. Free of most of the annoyances that typically come with renting, its a pretty comfortable spot!

Very nice place Old amenities, small swimming pool and gym but nice layout, reasonable price and beautiful view. Staff members are super nice.
Great Spot to Live I've lived in the Timbers' complex for almost 8 years now. The staff has always been accommodating, the location in the city is great, rent hasn't increased egregiously. I highly recommend The Timbers to anyone looking to rent in the area.
