I had a wonderful experience working with the Vertical Connection. There was an issue with one of our wooden blinds however Anna was able to help us get this repaired quickly. She was very personable and knowledgeable and would definitely use them when purchasing blinds in the future.

Five-star experience from start to finish! Each staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and gave me their full attention with each of our interactions. Stephanie was amazing at finding carpet selections based on my needs, allowed samples to come home to see how they would look and measured each room before placing the order. Within 2 days, Vicky called to set up the installation.
