I was in search of a new area rug for my classroom and spoke to John Hinzman about purchasing one. He spoke to the owner and they graciously donated a rug. John helped me choose the perfect color and had it made to a custom size for my space. My students and I love having a comfortable space to sit and learn!

I give the Vertical Connection a rating of 5 stars. My husband and I went to VC based on a recommendation. We were looking for replacement roman shades for our living room windows. Joan Hughes was the designer who greeted us. We were leaning toward Hunter-Douglas shades based on their reviews and reputation for quality. From start to finish, Vertical Flooring was fantastic to work with. Their project manager Larry was great at going over all the different options for two bathroom floors and a movie theater floor in our warehouse. He was friendly and understanding of all our needs. The Vertical Connection provided me with excellent service, communication, care, installation, and product. Nick was most helpful in every way. I choose FAWN OF FRIENDLY RECOLLECTIONS to be installed in several rooms of my condo. This carpet was a less expensive version of nylon. The 5 gentlemen who installed our carpet and LVF were terrific! Each person in the group was super polite, helpful, and never stopped working. Before they left for the day, they went over everything they had done, put every piece of furniture back, they even made the 3 beds, making sure everything was neat, tidy and perfect. They were amazing!!!
