Elevation Hospice of Colorado is riddled with abusive liars and deserves to be shut down. Clearly this is from my view point as a former patient who was unacceptably discharged by the abusive Hope Buner for refusing to sign a revocation form after being lied to by her and hung up on by Hope repeatedly! It’s like Lord of the Flies at this location with no leadership or anyone who is knowledgable or accountable. Let me say first that I am very happy with the actual caregiving that Three Oaks provides . Ify has been wonderful. However , the admin and their communication is absolutely horrible . A shower chair that was supposed to be ordered was never actually ordered … After a week the caseworker told me he would check into it … He then sent me a text saying they had reordered it ( they obviously didn’t order it the first time my husband called to order it ) … Also the first day they were supposed to provide services , they didn’t sh... read more

3 Oaks has been providing services for my sister for nearly 2.5yrs. During this time the social workers have been inconsistent, rude and don't follow through. The director is no better at following through or communicating. I'll never recommend their services.
