I love our vet at the Ella Blvd location in Houston! I was running behind due to an accident on the freeway and was 45 minutes late due to being stuck in traffic and they still saw her and took care of Daisy's needs! I live pretty far away from this location but because I like the vets and techs so much I'm willing to go a little further distance! They are caring, affordable, and very kind with my dog. I highly recommend this vet!

Great service! They identified the problem without ordering a slew of unnecessary tests, which another high priced vet did. The treatment did the trick and the personalized suggestions have kept the condition away.

I really am speechless with the negative remarks regarding Dr. Kristine Rice. I know we all have bad experiences from time to time but she has always kept me informed regarding my dogs health and recommends procedures to consider but NEVER makes me feel like a bad pet owner if I do not do her recommendations. She is knowledgeable and friendly as well as the staff at this location. Once again I have only great things to say about this location! Took my 3rd. Dog Quinn for her yearly & vaccinations + a nail trim (she hates it) when they called & I went to get her I knew she had a good experience by her demeanor. Micky my 6 mo. old went back yesterday for his puppy booster & he was his sweet goofy self! Thanks Team you guys ROCK! Like I said in my other review Westheimer location is our new home for my silly pack! THANKS!

Dr Kristine Rice was so kind. She explained in detail what was wrong with my little kitty. Prices are much more reasonable. My kitty tends to be aggressive but here she behaved like an Angel,

I just moved to this area and found this vet online. I was able to schedule an appointment easily online for my sweet baby Lulu for her second round of puppy shots. They were extremely friendly and so good with my pup. They were upfront about what they would be doing and what the cost was (extremely well priced compared to vets I had used in the past with my cat). After returning from a travel job in St. Louis and firing Banfield for their terrible service I found this incredible vet service. The staff is super friendly, open to discussing my pets care, and do not try to up-sell multiple different things we do not need. They also actually call you with options versus flooding your phone with multiple texts. Thank you all for your excellent care.

It was my first time with my Dog (a huge Staffordshire terrier) and they not only helped me out and explained the benefits of all the treatments and in giving me a clear price, they also were amazing with my Dogo and mrs. Kicking myself for not coming here sooner! They offered great customer service, I was able to make a same day appointment AND it's incredibly affordable. Couldn't ask for more!
