Dr. Kelsy Matern should win Vet of the Year. She goes above and beyond for both my dog and me to ensure the best experience. She takes the time to truly understand my dog's needs and adapts the care plan like a true professional. Her attention to detail and dedication are both unmatched. She answers all of my questions and always provides her reasoning so I fully understand. I honestly don’t know what we would do without her. I feel so lucky to work with Dr. Matern for my pet needs.
Lovely staff at this Thrive facility. Front office staff were very helpful in providing needed forms, and Dr. Higdon spent so much time with us explaining our sweet boy’s medical issues. He was so knowledgeable and personable. We are sorry he’s leaving Austin but are happy to have benefited from his care and concern for both our furry boys. 💕
Absolutely wonderful experience at Thrive! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The clinic itself is clean, bright, and has a very comforting atmosphere that immediately put both me and my pet at ease.
