I will never take my pet there again. They gave me an estimate of $3300 to get my cat better. I ended up taking my cat to my local veterinary and they charged $160 for the same procedure. It is sad that they take advantage of pet owners when most people cannot pay for their services. I called my vet and had them explain what was wrong. My veterinarian told me if I could get cat to him right away he would take care of him for me.

Poor service after repeated follow ups for prescription refill, they denied our request after we cancelled thrive plus membership, clear sign of retaliation
The staff has been extremely rude to me multiple times. Last visit they were rough with my pet. Never again

If you just want well visits for your pet this is a good option. If you have a sick pet don't expect to get in or any special treatment. I was told it would be two weeks before they could get me in. Needless to say I have a new Vet now. Every bad review they get the answer is always they will take it up with management but this is the main complaint you will see for this clinic. A lower price is no exchange for a pet's health. I have learned my lesson
