I love this place so much. It's cheap, efficient, transparent, and honest. I only gave 5 stars instead of 4 because they have never had a same-day appointment available for a sick pet, and you have to make other appointments well in advance since they book up. I use this vet for all my routine pet care.

I called Thrive, the Oltorf location, to get my dog's records emailed to me. Nicole answered the phone and took care of me from start to finish. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She even made me laugh a couple of times! I received the email in two minutes. I truly think she is amazing!

My friend had recommended Thrive to me and they did not disappoint! I took my dog Luna in today after not having taken her to the vet in quite some time in fear of prices and having an easily skittish dog. The doctor and staff were amazing in addressing all my concerns, told me the costs of everything up front with each service and were amazing dealing with my dog's nervous temperament. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know, because the prices, staff, and the experience I had were so great!

The staff at Thrive S 1st are always professional, courteous, and respectful. Going to the vet can be stressful. As a pet owner I am always nervous of the bill and prognosis. The staff at Thrive alleviate that stress by being upfront about costs and options. I am never going anywhere else for my veterinarian needs. Thanks Thrive!

This outfit is great. Annual shots, emergency scrapes and most recently epileptic seizure they accommodate with a smile. Reasonable pricing on all services and convenient location. I switched from Oliver Animal hospital who had been excellent until I had Thrive quote the spay / neuter of my pets - Little less than half the cost.

I have been coming to this location for almost 3 years now.. I'm actually surprised that I am just now getting around to writing a review. But I was just so blown away that Evan made time to fit my 10 y/o boxer Belgium in on the fly. He's got an eye infection and really needed to be seen asap. Thanks thrive for always being sooo awesome!!

My dog had been sick for a few days & I took him in to see what was going on with him. This was my first visit & I was SO impressed with the tech staff, cleanliness, & Dr. Sosa! He is amazing. He treated my baby, sent me home with some advice for at home care & my pup was back to normal after a few days! I will definitely be going back for any future needs.

I heard of Thrive from a friend who took in a stray cat that was in really bad shape. She called Thrive and told them what was going on- they could have easily said "go to an emergency vet clinic" but instead they moved things around to get the stray cat in same day. I have been helped by the manager there, Evan, a few times now and he genuinely cares about all animals and loves them so much! He even came in to the room when we were waiting in there to see how everything was going and asked if we needed water or anything- ... read more

Always get the best care for my fur baby when I go here! Ear infections to vaccines I've taken my pets here for a couple years now and always been impressed. The manager even came and checked on me in my exam room as we were waiting and made sure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend !!
