I am new to Austin. My real estate agent, Chris McGhee, referred me to Thrive on Oltorf. I have been very satisfied with the care my dogs have received. I appreciate the Covid precautions. Although, a little frustrating, I understand I have to sometimes wait longer than I want, to have my dogs seen. AWESOME customer service. I was in a jam and the staff at Thrive Oltorff fit us in last minute. Big shoutout to Denise for her kindness and accommodation! The whole staff is fantastic. Your pet is in great hands!
I have been taking my dog to THRIVE since the first week I got him. The staff is knowledgeable and the prices can't be beat. I do the membership that costs $10/mn and includes free vet visits and discounts on services, which is great for when you have to go in a lot at the beginning for vaccines and check ups. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can be hard to be seen immediately if you are having issues with your dog/puppy. Normally visits are a week or two out. Love the attention and care they provide our kids! They go out if their way to be extra careful with each pup. Would not trust anyone else!
They were super helpful, speedy & I felt like my cat (Cleo) was in great care. The prices are AMAZING, by far the cheapest vet experience I've ever had- and I didn't feel like I sacrificed anything in terms of customer service.
I love thrive. Today was the shortest wait and quickest appointment we've had yet. The docs and techs are great and yes.... it's affordable. Getting a sick visit is harder than to get than a wellness appt, but they assured me they are working on it!
Great, affordable, and well managed. Took care of our pup very well, our baby had some dental surgery done here and it went so purrfectly he's happy and healthy!
We love them. Staff and vets are amazing. It's easy to schedule appointments, refill meds, and you're In/out quickly for blood work. Only complaint: Parking is a hassle.
