Dr. Boone is a great vet. Despite her being a good vet, I would not take my animal here because of the front desk staff. Unfortunately my dog was sick and we brought him in. About 2 weeks later he became significantly sicker and was having increased respiratory issues that were concerning. After messaging with Dr. Boone she suggested I make an appointment to come in and have him evaluated. Cancelled appointment a week out (after literally sending confirmation text that morning) because they are closing but they apparently knew ages ago. The number they gave to contact is the location that closes so it just rings and rings with no answer. Now I can't get another appointment at a different location for 3 weeks which means we can board, go to the groomers, or go to a dog park. This place really sucks. Don't go here.
Our dog was thoroughly checked and given his vaccinations in a timely manner. The vet gave us quality information and advice.
