Ok in a pinch for simple stuff. If things are complicated, you get sent to a speciallity place. But for small stuff. They are OK. Just keep an eye on the bill, it adds up fast here. For shots, spays and super simple Things go to emancipet.

I have been extremely happy with my experiences at Thrive. I have found both the vets and staff to be friendly and down-to-earth. The two doctors I have seen there, Dr. Sosa and Dr. Thompson, were both very caring and knowledgeable. I really appreciate that Thrive is an affordable, no-frills, veterinary clinic that has such a high level of care. Dr. Sosa at the Oltorf location has found his true calling. Best vet I've ever dealt with, and there have been many over the years. The vet tech was also warm, friendly and empathetic

All staff is kind and compassionate. Dr. Sosa is amazing. I really appreciated how they cared for my 14 1/2-year-old GSP during a difficult health/end of life situation. I'm sad they were not around years ago to be our vet office! If you live in S Austin go here!!!

Great trip for our Puppy's shots. Very friendly staff who showed interest and care in us and our dog. Rae was awesome especially. Recommended service, was quick and easy too!

Took in my two dogs for two different reasons. The first one was sick, they treated her and she got better. The vet himself called to check on her. Great service, great vet, good outcome. The second dog was a puppy. We took her in for shots. Head to toe exam done, vet was great with her. He checked everything. Explained everything. Received a call from the receptionist the day after checking on the dog. This is an extra step that most vets/staff do not always do at other places. I love Thrive! The staff is wonderful, especially Dr. Sosa and Tech DJ who were kind enough to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment with the puppy that I was babysitting for a friend. They are extremely helpful and informative, and have very fair prices. I will certainly keep coming here in the future, and can't recommend Thrive enough.

The vets are very helpful and informative! It's kinda tricky to get an appointment because they fill up pretty fast so book well in advance. Parking is limited at this location so it's not my first pick but we do enjoy our appointments when we are here. They gave us lots of advice for keeping our dogs teeth clean and allergies under control!
