My pup, and I received exceptional service here at thrive. The prices were reasonable and the service was outstanding, especially considering the unsettling times we find ourselves in these days. They were quick, very helpful and willing to work with my budget. We got our most pressing needs taken care of same day, and made a solid plan for future service. I'm grateful, and impressed.

I was so happy that I got an appointment here when I noticed that my cats I was watering at around 11 o'clock at night on Friday evening. When I got to thrive, I called and they were immediately very friendly on the phone and very responsive, which made me feel a lot better knowing that I wouldn't be able to go in there with my cat. She ended up having a rather large corneal abrasion, that they gave me medicine for and I was in and out within 45 minutes. I have been looking around for a new place to take my cat. I called quite a few places and people were honestly pretty rude or the prices were shockingly high for a simple checkup and round of shots. FINALLY, a friend suggested thrive and mentioned that they were great & also pretty inexpensive. Made an appointment online which was really easy to do. Despite Austin being a dog-friendly city, I have had the worst luck finding a good vet. Thrive has been the best thus far, but I'm definitely keeping my eyes open for a better vet. It takes forever to get someone via phone, especially at the Oltorf location. I recently had to call multiple times just to get a prescription for my dogs heartworm meds so I could order them online. Apparently the site changed and required the prescription to be faxed to them directly and it took 4 attempts for them to get a hold of the vet for a... read more

I had an appointment for my cat, Mardy. Got there a bit early and got seen fairly quickly. The techs were great. Dr. Boechat was beyond amazing. Genuine, caring, and very easy to talk to. The best part--it really IS AFFORDABLE. I got her vaccines, nails trimmed, and some medication all for under $100! My previous vet constantly overcharged me for her care. I'm so glad I found THRIVE. Definitely coming back. Thank you for taking care of my girl!

I have been very happy with the visits we've experienced here. I've had visits before the limitations of the Covid19 virus and during the pandemic. And all my visits have been great experiences. Daniel D. Was extremely helpful and kind during our time of need . I will absolutely come back and I highly recommend anyone who loves their fur babies to make an appointment. Daniel did a great job at taking care of us along with the veterinarian. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. However my only complaint is my dog got fleas from the Cedar Park location and fleas from this location. Thrive claims it's my responsibility to keep my dogs on a flea medication but I don't see it as necessary because my dogs rarely get fleas (twice from taking them to Thrive).
