I just picked up my dog from the Thrive location off of 610 and Ella in Houston. She had her teeth cleaned today. After the procedure is over someone from the clinic calls me and tells me that they had extracted 6 teeth from my dog. Once I get to the office I pay for the procedure which was $530. I’m given my dog back and a plastic bag with 3 pain medicines and that’s it. Not one of the vet techs came out to explain what was done to my dog and how to take care of her while she recovers. the staff was incredibly kind with our poor kitty who had been hit by a car and needed to be sent to the rainbow bridge. they were compassionate and acted quickly to help ease him from his pain. thank you thrive....
The staff were absolutely amazing. I found a kitten on the freeway and showed up without an appointment. The poor baby looked so sick and they saw her immediately. Their prices are awesome and affordable. I highly recommend Thrive.
