I used this place for the first time 12/2/24. They said they had a special going and for $17.00 I could get unlimited washed for December so that’s what I paid for. Now I see they took $29.97 out of my account on 1/2/25. This was never mentioned to me nor authorized! This is very shady, dishonest business. I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes now waiting to speak to someone, listening to the same recording over & over. Pressing option 1 or 2 as the recording offers as options, does absolutely nothing!
Zero customer service I cancelled my membership the first month and they still charged me. Called and spoke to a very rude representative Asked for a manager to call - 3 days later nothing yet Sent them 2 emails and no response
I Do Not Recommend Tidal Wave Auto Spa I had a terrible experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa on December 29, 2024, during my second visit to their Chesapeake location. Their negligence and unprofessionalism caused significant damage to my 2024 Tesla Cybertruck. Does not clean car very well for what you pay.
I went through the Richmond, KY location yesterday at approximately 2:42 PM and purchased the “Ceramic Sea Gloss” wash ($26). After the wash, I parked in a spot on-site to finish drying the windows on my vehicle and noticed my vehicle consistently dirty all around. I’ve had my card locked because they have been trying to charge my card for a week or so, I unlocked it today to use at the store and before I could lock it again the $24 was taking out. I called the home office and explained that I didn’t know how to cancel the membership and that my car is currently in the shop so I will not be using it. RecommendedTidal Wave, please send someone to check the Chandler Road store in Georgia, it's terrible customer service the soaps aren't working at all and most of all, the manager needs customer service 101 all over again in the classroom...that will be all!🤬
Roswell GA, Holcomb Bridge Location; I am unhappy with the attitude of the staff at this location today 11/13/24 2:05pm. I did Not want to move my car closer to the backend of the car in front of me in the queue so I got served attitude by the staff. A customer should not be made to feel that way. Cancelling and moving on.
