This place is a JOKE!!!! I will never take my dog there again. I have a little Yorkie and he was pooping blood yesterday and this morning, Because I felt that it was an emergency, I called them and asked if I could write them a check that would be good on the 31st. they said no, I explained that my dog had not been to any other Vet but them and because that was the only place he has ever been seen I needed to bring him... Sent my 4lbs Chihuahua to get some teeth pulled along with teeth cleaning. When she came home with us she was covered in dry poop, all over her and the blanket she had. Nobody took the time to put on some gloves and clean her or the blanket. I'm very disappointed since she had been in there care all morning long who knows how long she was sitting in her own poop. This is unsanitary and I am very upset with the service. I hope they pay more attention to the smaller animals. Will not be bringing my pets to this location again.

Update: My puppy is fine. TAH lied through their teeth to make me bring my puppy in. they charged me $170 to for urine analysis and Dr. interpretation (they probably didn't do it knowing pretty sure it was UTI) and meds. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE SAY. *********************************************************** Don't trust member of your family with these folks. I brought my cat in for a dental cleaning. I received a phone call about 30 minutes later from Dr. Lawler. She told me my cat had a galloping rhythm and that he would need to see an ultrasound specialist. This would cost over $700. During this conversation I asked several questions about getting an ultrasound done. She did a horrible job explaining the situation to me and I felt I had to pry information from her to understand my options. I brought my precious baby Lola in to get spayed. I went through PUFA a low income awesome organization to help get her spayed for $25. I was able to schedule the surgery right away and had to cancel and scheduled for my next day off of work. Awesome. The ladies working in the front were really nice. They went over a list of things I could also purchase but I didn't. No one mentioned my baby needing pain medication after the fact. Today I woke up to my youngest cat Piccolo in a lot of pain. I made an appt. and took him in (where he has gone once before to have his balls removed). The vet Rita Lawler was such a heartless & rude lady. She touched my cats belly & said he is blocked & it will cost anywhere from $1700 to $2100 to fix or he will DIE (those are her exact words). I would go elsewhere if you can, or at least get a second opinion before treatment or surgery. Basically, the end of the story is that I highly suspect they killed my cat during a routine procedure. I have no proof other than a huge gut instinct and her blood work and demeanor leading up to her routine dental cleaning. The vet called and had no reasoning or idea what had happened and I had to go in to the office and put her down because of the severe brain damage. As a pet-care professional I heard many horror stories about this animal hospital. I would never go there. Just my opinion, of course. NO STARS GIVEN but could not post without giving it one star.
