Pet owners, please do not take your loved furry friends to this clinic. We have been patrons of TAH for over 7 years now. We forgave them in the past for negative experiences, however, today was our last visit we will ever make to TAH with our cat and dog. We will make sure our friends and family avoid this place at all cost. TAH seems to be well overpriced, very unfriendly, and they try to guilt you into services while up-selling you on everything. The absolute WORST place to go. Pet owners/lovers BEWARE. These people care nothing for animals and are constantly trying to upsell something you don't need! Animals come home with more problems than what they originally went in with. Some even covered in feces. Absolutely awfull experience. Will NOT return NOR recommend.

I am very disappointed with Tigard animal hospital. One of my dogs has allergic reaction to the Rabies vaccination and apparently when my husband took her in to get DHLPP and Corona vaccines, we got charge for a pre-med injection of $55,-. When I called them back, seemed like the guy confused because on her record didn't specify what vaccine that my dog allergic to. This place is a JOKE!!!! I will never take my dog there again. I have a little Yorkie and he was pooping blood yesterday and this morning, Because I felt that it was an emergency, I called them and asked if I could write them a check that would be good on the 31st. they said no, I explained that my dog had not been to any other Vet but them and because that was the only place he has ever been seen I needed to bring him... Sent my 4lbs Chihuahua to get some teeth pulled along with teeth cleaning. When she came home with us she was covered in dry poop, all over her and the blanket she had. Nobody took the time to put on some gloves and clean her or the blanket. I'm very disappointed since she had been in there care all morning long who knows how long she was sitting in her own poop. This is unsanitary and I am very upset with the service. I hope they pay more attention to the smaller animals. Will not be bringing my pets to this location again.

Update: My puppy is fine. TAH lied through their teeth to make me bring my puppy in. they charged me $170 to for urine analysis and Dr. interpretation (they probably didn't do it knowing pretty sure it was UTI) and meds. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE SAY. *********************************************************** Don't trust member of your family with these folks. I took my puppy to be spayed and following day after the procedure we noticed blood in her urine. We thought it might be related to the procedure so... read more

I brought my cat in for a dental cleaning. I received a phone call about 30 minutes later from Dr. Lawler. She told me my cat had a galloping rhythm and that he would need to see an ultrasound specialist. This would cost over $700. During this conversation I asked several questions about getting an ultrasound done. I brought my precious baby Lola in to get spayed. I went through PUFA a low income awesome organization to help get her spayed for $25. I was able to schedule the surgery right away and had to cancel and scheduled for my next day off of work. Awesome. The ladies working in the front were really nice. They went over a list of things I could also purchase but I didn't. No one mentioned my baby needing pain medication after the fact.
