Not impressed. After a few visits here my husband and I decided to go elsewhere. One of our visits was for a routine yearly wellness exam. I sat in the room for 3.5 hours!!!!!!!!!!! Someone would occasionally come in.. but come on!! Just ridiculous. Their prices are extremely high as well. We now go to Lake Oswego, but it's 100% worth the extra distance.

They misdiagnosed my cat's condition, said her teeth needed to be cleaned instead, and she died within a few days. I'll never go back for even basic care for my other cat.

Cher, it does not matter much to me what you do, as I am no longer a client. BTW, another cat that was under your treatment is finally getting better under the care of another facility. Steroids are curing Sandi, and the doctor was amazed that you guys had not used them in her treatment, and I am also as she is getting better after a day and a half of treatment. Gone is the time I trust a vet for very long. Well, I found a much superior vet, Cat Care Professionals and I am much happier with the care my animals are getti... read more

Tigard Animal Hospital quoted me on a price to have my dog vaccinated and than called and told me I would also need an expensive exam just a few minutes before we were scheduled to have the appointment. It would have been nice had this been included in the initial price I was quoted rather than added when I was in the parking lot about to bring my dog inside. I'll be choosing a new vet that 1) Reads my pets file prior to contacting me about a needed vaccination 2) Doesn't use deceptive pricing practices to lure customers in ... read more

This office seems fine for basic vaccinations, but my experience for other services (trying to get a prescription for a medication my cat has had before, and boarding while I'm out of town) left me feeling like my pets were in inexperienced, uncommunicative, profit-centered hands. I have 2 cats, siblings, who do pretty poorly when separated-- so when I dropped them off for a week of boarding, I requested they be housed together, and checked the "call me before administering" box in regards to anxiety medication. When I cam... read more

I have had a number of bad experiences there. As was mentioned, the vet's on staff come and go. Some are great. Overall, I get the feeling that the owner cares more about getting his staff to find ways to charge more money than take good care of your pet. I was especially upset when the vet suggested we do an x-ray to confirm the fact that my cat was dying. After putting her through the additional extreme discomfort (and charging me), she let me know my cat would probably not make it through the night. That was what I ... read more

Their motto should be "Profits over Compassion". Recently they added a sign to their exterior "New compassionate management". What a joke. Be prepared to either spend a lot more money when showing up for a routine exam or to be hassled to spend more. My cats needed some dental work. They wrote up some outrageous estimate. I passed, and left. Later I determined that the cats do need some dental work. I called back and asked about other options that were more affordable. They told me that we think about it and call me... read more

Don't go here if you care about your animals and have any standards of a professional business. I should have read the reviews before I even starting going here and saved my time. The front desk receptionists are young and disorganized. The amount of mistakes I saw in the short time going here was appalling, and that's just what I caught. The worst part was when brought to the attention of management they did nothing to rectify. Mistakes happen, but poor management and lack of professionalism on how they are handled is jus... read more

We had an appointment to get our dogs teeth cleaned. My husband was brought back to the room and the technician wanted him to sign up for the annual Paw Plan. My husband said he would prefer just to have the cleaning done and pay for it. The technician was then very condescending. He told my husband if he wants to pay more for the year than go ahead. My husband decided he did not feel comfortable leaving our dog there for the cleaning with a technician that was unprofessional and argumentative (our dog is a very timid g... read more
