Don't go here if you care about your animals and have any standards of a professional business. I should have read the reviews before I even starting going here and saved my time. The front desk receptionists are young and disorganized. The amount of mistakes I saw in the short time going here was appalling, and that's just what I caught. The worst part was when brought to the attention of management they did nothing to rectify. Mistakes happen, but poor management and lack of professionalism on how they are handled is jus... read more

Willa, we take our client feedback very seriously and are sorry we didn't deliver an exceptional experience. Please know we aim to treat every client with the utmost respect and, should you choose to visit us in the future, will strive to exceed your expectations. We hope you and your pet are doing well.
We had an appointment to get our dogs teeth cleaned. My husband was brought back to the room and the technician wanted him to sign up for the annual Paw Plan. My husband said he would prefer just to have the cleaning done and pay for it. The technician was then very condescending. He told my husband if he wants to pay more for the year than go ahead. My husband decided he did not feel comfortable leaving our dog there for the cleaning with a technician that was unprofessional and argumentative (our dog is a very timid g... read more
They were incompetent at handling my dog. She is now terrified of the white coated vet. They botched a blood test, then wanted me to come in again to do it over at my expense. They try to sell you something extra at every visit.
Business response:
Mike, we are sorry to hear you feel this way. Clearly there was a miscommunication during your visit. We have done all we can do to make this right with you including apologizing and refunding services. We enjoyed caring for your pet and are disappointed that the experience was negative
Absolutely never go to Tigard Animal Hospital. Sub-standard care, excessive extra charges and no regards to my pets well-being. he non-existent customer service and disregard to my pets needs was unbelievable. I am so livid just writing this, I cannot imagine how they can stay in business.
I'm really disappointed with them! I've been taking my pets here for years because they were fairly well priced. They require a health care exam prior to any shots - they have now increased those exams to $54 and their shots are just as expensive as anywhere else. Poor taste to increase your long time customers.
Business response:
Christine, we are sorry you aren't satisfied with our prices. We remain competitive with our prices given the quality of care we are able to provide. If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to give us a call.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service and 0 compassion when it was time to say goodbye to our dog. They charged us outrageous prices for drugs she didn't need, and generally made the whole situation way worse, if you can believe it. Every time I drive by I cringe and get angry all over again.
This is in response to their response to my rating. I take my dogs in every 6 months for preventative veterinary care because they are seniors. The dog who supposedly had all her teeth extracted came to me as a rescue at 10 years old with rotted teeth. Tigard Animal Hospital vet said she needed all her teeth extracted. I assumed they did that. There was no discussion as to roots being left behind. Why would any vet or dentist for that matter leave tooth roots behind? Why would she need an annual dental when she wasn't suppos... read more
Business response:
Hi Katherine, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for your pup's recent dental issues. We recommend an annual dental check-up for all of our pet patients, because just like many other diseases, it cannot be permanently solved with one treatment. Preventative care is of the utmost importance when it comes to veterinary care and we apologize if we miscommunicated this to you at all. If you wish to discuss anything further, please do not hesitate to contact us at your earliest convenience.
Unprofessional vet says she fondled my dogs balls and penis! After giving this vet another chance, they showed me again today that all they care about is how much money they can get from you. Their vet is on such a power trip she refused to discuss an end of life plan for my older dog. She is CRAZY enough to chase me and my children out to the reception after I refused to continue the appointment. While in the reception area she had the nerve to say an exam was done because she "fondled my dogs balls and penis". She said t... read more

This was the worst experience as far as vet visits go. I decided to take my dog in there for a lump that ruptured on her side. All they cared about was selling their care plans and making sure I had no other choice but either pay for expensive treatments or go home with no luck or care for my dog. The least they could've done is given me antibiotics, but the doctor didn't even do that. The next day, the lump broke open and started pouring out pus and other nasty things. It smelled, which obviously means an infection was gr... read more
