Tigard animal hospital took all the necessary steps when helping evaluate the mass on my dogs back molar. He had a successful surgery and dental cleaning. They even allowed me to join the PAW plan to help cut the cost. I'm shocked by the low reviews. I have seen nothing but excellent care and service. They even made sure to check up during his healing process to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Dr. Desonier is such a wonderful vet and partner in care for my 3 exotic short hair cats. She is so kind and has treated my cats through traumatic situations as well as simple preventive care. I have only had exceptional service from the front office staff and the vet techs. They are pleasant on the phone as well as courteous face to face. Hands down one of the best vet clinics around! Dr. Tello and the staff saved my dogs life by acting quickly. I will forever be thankful for this clinic of amazing people.
I'm shocked by all the negative reviews I'm reading about this animal hospital. I took my animal in to them this weekend. Yea there was a wait but there is a pandemic going on and certain measures are in place to protect the employees and the animals so I was patient. Once my animal was in the back things moved quickly and I knew exactly what what wrong and even was let inside for a demo on how to administer the meds. Took our senior American Eskimo in two days ago with severe itching and skin issues. We had brought her in six weeks ago, and the protocol used had not helped, and may have worsened her condition. I honestly felt as though "this could be it", since she was miserable and could barely walk from itching so much. Dr. Hawn could not have been better! Two days after bringing our new puppy home, he started vomiting on and off all day and Tigard Animal Hospital was the only vet that had a same day appointment available. Like most other vets right now, you're required to park in the parking lot and call them to check in. Only reason I'm deducting one star is because the comic could work on their organization with... read more

The team at Tigard Animal Hospital were very good to our dog, Wendell, when he was a patient. When the time came to say goodbye to him, they were extremely compassionate and caring to our family. We appreciate this very much and will bring our pets to them in the future. --TIM (SW Portland)
