I'm shocked by all the negative reviews I'm reading about this animal hospital. I took my animal in to them this weekend. Yea there was a wait but there is a pandemic going on and certain measures are in place to protect the employees and the animals so I was patient. Once my animal was in the back things moved quickly and I knew exactly what what wrong and even was let inside for a demo on how to administer the meds. Took our senior American Eskimo in two days ago with severe itching and skin issues. We had brought her in six weeks ago, and the protocol used had not helped, and may have worsened her condition. I honestly felt as though "this could be it", since she was miserable and could barely walk from itching so much. Dr. Hawn could not have been better! Honestly I'm a little surprised at all these bad reviews. It sounds like the management before was awful, but I've brought my puppy twice now and things were fine. Two days after bringing our new puppy home, he started vomiting on and off all day and Tigard Animal Hospital was the only vet that had a same day appointment available. Like most other vets right now, you're required to park in the parking lot and call them to check in. The team at Tigard Animal Hospital were very good to our dog, Wendell, when he was a patient. When the time came to say goodbye to him, they were extremely compassionate and caring to our family. We appreciate this very much and will bring our pets to them in the future. --TIM (SW Portland)

My boy loves going here! The staff is so loving of all animals, I can rest assured knowing he's in good hands here When he undergoes anesthesia they keep me in the loop the whole time and even call to check in on how he's doing Tigard Animal Hospital!

Dr Miller and staff here at Tigard Animal Hospital are amazing. I'm not sure if they went through a change in management but I find the care in the last few years to be much better. I love that the staff knows my dog and the Chalkboard in the lobby with all the names of animals that have appointments that day are listed. It's a very sweet personal touch.

I just moved here from a different state. Needed a vet for my dogs ear problem. Not only did she do a whole look over on him but told me my other vet was treating him for the wrong thing. She had his ear cleared up in a week. Very happy with this place. Going to keep coming back.

From start to finish it was a great experience. I called them on a Saturday as they were the only place open and my cat was very sick . They printed out all possible tests and prices before doing the work. Diagnosed and finished all tests and only paid for the ones they did .explained everything. Took time .treated Duke with Love. Dr.Tran even texted me to check in on Duke. When I had questions she sent me an email in order to fully explain and help with my concerns. Thanks to the team for great dental care for all my dogs. Great communication for any teeth to be extracted. The office is very organized and efficient.
