Dr Miller and staff here at Tigard Animal Hospital are amazing. I'm not sure if they went through a change in management but I find the care in the last few years to be much better. I love that the staff knows my dog and the Chalkboard in the lobby with all the names of animals that have appointments that day are listed. It's a very sweet personal touch.
I just moved here from a different state. Needed a vet for my dogs ear problem. Not only did she do a whole look over on him but told me my other vet was treating him for the wrong thing. She had his ear cleared up in a week. Very happy with this place. Going to keep coming back.
From start to finish it was a great experience. I called them on a Saturday as they were the only place open and my cat was very sick . They printed out all possible tests and prices before doing the work. Diagnosed and finished all tests and only paid for the ones they did .explained everything. Took time .treated Duke with Love. Thanks to the team for great dental care for all my dogs. Great communication for any teeth to be extracted. The office is very organized and efficient.
I appreciate this animal hospital so much. I actually just brought my French Bulldog home from surgery from there today. As always their bedside manner was truly tender and they are always very patient with my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them.
I have to say, in the past my experiences with previous doctors at this clinic was not satisfactory. I left that they only see a money sign on me. I stop experiencing this horrible feeling the day I met Dr. Tran. He is the most caring doctor you will never ask for. Dr Tran is the only reason i continue to come to this clinic. They are some of the best vets. Not many vets can handle my horse of a dog, but they did with ease and comfort will definitely be taking the rest of my dogs to them.
We have been taking our dog(s) to Tigard Animal Hospital for the last 14 years. Not only are the vets excellent but the front desk staff is extremely helpful. Highly recommend them!
I have had incredible service and care of my pets while at Tigard Animal Hospital. I believe there has been new management / owner change recently in the last few years, but I have an elderly 12.5 yr yellow lab and a 9 month old lab puppy, and we've gotten excellent care for both. From the time I walk in, the receptionists remember me and my pets, they are happy and excited for us to be there.
