I had a great experience with the sister store in Lafollette where I originally bought my Jeep from. When my check engine light came on, the Lafollette store was kind enough to have it sent to this location to have it worked on since they are a Ford dealership and can't deal with Jeep programming issues. Bad business practices & false advertisement!!! They were very dishonest with me. The car was advertised for one price the sales manager wrote up a purchase agreement which I have a copy of. They had my USAA bank drafting instructions to get paid for an entire week. Come to find out they changed their mind and didn't want to sale the vehicle for the price they advertised, sales manager agreed upon, and drew up a purchase agreement. Me and my parents where looking to buy my first car and I picked a 2016 Nissan Maxima. We done a credit application and nobody even called and talked to us didn't hear nothing. Now it shows on our credit where we applied for financing here. I had a lot of money down because I work hard everyday of my life but I guess they didn't want my money. Guess I will have to take my business somewhere else�.
I bought a Mercedes R500 from this dealer. The day after I bought the Car the check engine light came on. I went in they turned it off. Next day light was back on. After continuously calling and taking the car back,finally got through emissions. Almost two months later, the light is still on. They informed me that since i bought the car outright, they have no responsibility to fix, or attempt to meet me half way.
