Didn't have a good experience we went one day they told us we needed a co signer went back the next day with a co signer and that still wasn't good enough Will never be back
I bought a car there less than a year brand new and I windshield washer quit and they told me this was my problem i don't think I will be back
I had a good salesman Wilki Sayor but I have had a bad experience with the management , they didn't inform their salesman on any extras that come with the Jeep Renegade that we bought , I wanted a tow hitch for ours and the salesman didn't know if we could put one on it , then after we bought the Jeep Wilki called us up and said that we could have put one on it ( but ) it would cost us and extra 9 hundred and some dallors extra when we could have had that included in with the Jeep. Wouldn't buy a pack of gum from this bunch. My friend took a truck down to trade in on a new vehicle. I went down that evening to buy that truck. They told me to come back the next day and they would have it cleaned up and ready to go for me. They called me at 5 o'clock the next day said the truck was ready. I live 10 minutes away. Got there at 5:15 they said the truck was being sold to another man and I couldn't look at it or drive it. What a bunch of bull shit. I give you zero stars Tim Short. Poor Management.

We are very sorry and understand your frustration but we can't hold a car for anyone unless there is a deal worked out and a deposit. There is nothing intentional done in this situation we can't predict when a customer is going to come buy a vehicle. Again we are very sorry for your situation, it's our hopes to try to make all our customers happy but realize certain things happen out of our control.
IT MIGHT BE A GOOD PLACE TO PURCHASE A NEW OR USED VEHICLE BUT I WOULD NOT THINK ABOUT TRADING WITH THEM....THEY WILL LOW BALL YOU...MY SALESMAN (WILKIE) WAS VERY NICE THOUGH...I REALIZE THE FINAL DEAL IS NOT LEFT UP TO HIM....I TRADED SOMEWHERE ELSE AND WAS VERY SATISFIED....
For the Past 4 years, Tri State Bass has hosted a supporters of Coal Bass Tournament on Norris. Purpose is to raise money to buy Turkeys for laid off miners. Tim Short has donated over a $1,000 dollars during the 4 years to help buy Christmas turkeys for laid off Harlan, KY miners. Thank You Tim Short.
