Stay away from this company. The are not upfront on their pricing. They charge tax on every payment and that was not disclosed. Bad business look elsewhere.
Time payment charged me over $6000.00 for a credit card processing terminal that I could have bought today for $413.

My contract has ended with my local alarm company that was contracted with Time Payment Corp for monthly billing, but yet Time Payment Corp has continued to bill me for months. I call and leave messages daily to speak with someone. No one answers and I've received some calls back but because of the time difference it's always a voicemail to call them back. Their upgrade resulted in my auto payment declining and they tried it 4 times charging $20 everytime it declined because they were using an incorrect expiration date. I was finally emailed and voicemailed 2 months later and they charged a late fee and treated me like I was in "collections". I fought the decline fees brought the account current and 2 days later they charged an unauthorized amount . I made a complaint also to MA Attorney General also.

This company is a big ripoff never get a loan from them they have all kind of ridiculous fees and when u done paying for your items they want to change and additional $800 to keep the items also they told me that they will report the items was fully payed off and they didn't now they saying 30 to 60 days to report one agent said they report as soon as the payment was made but that's not the case I also had business insurance for the life of this account and showed proof and they failed to pay me back all the fees they took f... read more

The biggest criminally inept company on the planet. With the exception of a few their employees, definitely predatory with their fees I'm guessing on submitting an application for employment they probably ask but if you've any problem lying or s******* people over. This company is the worst in the country. Driven by greed without any decorum. I can't wait to hear about this company going under.Sorry POS....
This company is a rip off !!! They lied to get our business * took my other machine without my knowledge * which was paid for * then is charging me $9956.16 for this one * i went back to my previous provider after i found out how crooked these people are * BOUGHT a machine just like for ****** NO lease !!! same machine LGP service's had. Then docked the paperwork * saying the person who signed was the owner ( FALSE) then signed someone else name as the vendor sales rep * didn't sign his own name.

To date, I have been with this company 2.5 years. In this time, I was on auto pay. Apx 6 months ago I was contacted telling me my payment had not been made. I called and was informed my card had been declined. After calling the bank to verify it indeed worked i called back and told them there should be no problem. Looking over all the reviews, It doesnt seem that people are taking care of. We are all being ripped off from this company. I make a payment they double my payment on my credit card. Ive been paying on this machine for over 2 years it should be more than paid off. But they keep charging me over and over. But nothing seems to be done.
