A predatory company that has no options whatsoever for financial hardship. No listing of the interest rate which is upward of 50 percent. Harassment by phone, text, and paper mail. if your payment is late. Plus a $50.00 late fee. The website is horrible and does not function properly. This should not be an accredited business with an A rating. Look at their reviews, they are a strategic predator. Yes they may not be doing anything illegal (questionable) but they definitely have poor intentions and are built to take advantage of their customers. Ive owned my business for 10 years, Ive dealt with many different businesses and this is one of the worst. The worst part is their contract, shame on me for not reading the fine print. SCAM company. I've submitted insurance for my business equipment since my contract began and have been charged EVERY MONTH for "additional insurance" throigh their company. Which is a difference of about $30 a MONTH from what I actually owe. Their website doesn't work, they do NOT answer phone calls, unless you call the collection department to make a payment... once they transfer you you get "disconnected". Emails sent to the contact info link in their website are all sent back.

Clearly my review does not matter...they have obviously ****** everyone they have ever worked with off!! Such a scam company. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of any processing company tied to this one. I was fed lies and sold equipment that did not work with my current pos system...even though I was told it would. I sent it back immediately...but still paying over $500 a month for equipment that I never even used. SUCH A SCAM!!! Not even worth a single star!!

This company is HORRIBLE! On Sep 6, 2022 I contacted them to cancel my service. I followed the directions they gave me. Then they say I have to send it in a pdf attachment.... I comply.... with a message requesting a response. No response. On Oct 3rd I sent another message.... no response.... on Oct 8th another message.... no response. In October they withdraw payment then they reverse the payment. In November they wothdraw the payment. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Just like others that have posted, cant get a buy out quote. There Computer System has been down for months, my account has not been updated to reflect payments made, refuse to give me anything in writing stating that this is the last payment and completes my obligation, racking up late fees, being charged for things that I don't owe. Highly disappointed with Time Payments online website and phone service. Website has been non functional for months, and need to call to make a payment every month. Phone system is also difficult to navigate and it's a guessing game on how to connect with a customer service *********** month, I need to speak to a rep to remove fees that were added to my account in error. I want to pay the buyout amount to end my lease with them and everytime I call over past 2 weeks they tell me i can't complete this transaction because their system is down. In the meantime I'm racking up overdue payment fees on my account.
